Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations on preorder or group buys are treated on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. 

Any cancellations are subject to a 3% fee that will be withheld from the refund amount.
